Solicitation Statement: Tyrer Sorrel receive no payment for direct donations to this event. However we charge a fee equal to 22.97% of the sponsorship amount for payment processing of credit cards and sponsorship management. We have calculated that on a £6 sponsorship Tyrer Sorrel receives £1.38 (including payment processing costs from PayPal and Lloyds TSB Bank) and the nominated charity receives £4.62.

The Wellspring is a Homeless Charity based in Stockport. Since its modest beginnings in 1990, The Wellspring has been serving homeless and disadvantaged men and women in Stockport, 365 days a year. The project has housed over 700 people, welcomes 55,000 visitors to the Centre every year and is staffed by almost 170 dedicated volunteers. The Wellspring has evolved from a basic soup kitchen to a place where many services are available. These services include advice on housing and health issues, educational courses, art groups, health walks and much more.
